2018 RRCW Youth K-5 Track & Field Series
The RRCW is looking for volunteers to help out with its 4-week youth track series. The series will run for four weeks (Monday 5/21, Tuesday 5/29, Monday 6/4 & Monday 6/11. The events will start at 6:00 pm and will run for about an hour and a half.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:
- Arrive at 5 pm to help set up all events.
- Supervise movement of children grades K-5 thru each of the 6 events.
- Staying after the meet is complete to pack everything up.
- Instruct the children (no experience necessary-training will be provided) in the 100yd. dash, hurdles, javelin, shot put, high jump and long jump.

Dear Students and Parents:
You are invited to participate in the Road Runners Club of Woodbury 2018 Youth Track & Field Series at the Woodbury High School Stadium. Track and Field has a rich tradition in Woodbury and is a sport that offers something for everyone.
The RRCW Youth Series introduces the sport through a variety of clinics offering instruction and friendly competition. We will offer four weeks of instruction and meets starting Monday, May 21st.
The Series will run for four weeks and is open to all boys and girls in Grades K-5. The first two nights will be practice, beginning promptly at 6:00 pm and will conclude at 7:00-7:15 pm. The last two nights will be track meets beginning at 6:00 pm and concluding when the meet is finished. Students will be instructed in throwing, running, and jumping events.

COMPLETE & BRING the attached registration & waiver form with you to the clinic. No participation will be allowed without a complete and signed form. Also, please have athletes dress appropriately for athletic competition. Sneakers are a must. Athletes also need to bring their own water bottles as water is not available at the track.

Geoff Shute, Former South Jersey and Salem County Cross Country “Coach of the Year,” is a Woodbury Resident and RRCW Founding Member. For 10 years he has been Head Cross Country and Assistant Track & Field Coach at Pennsville Memorial High School, where he has coached team and individual New Jersey State Champions.
